Craniosacral encourages the energetic waters that connect the physical and subtle bodies to unwind and release energetic knots. Providing a somatic emotional release to restore a harmonious mind, body, and spirit connection.
Kundalini sessions include yoga postures, meditations, and/or breathwork practices that work with the body's sacred geometry and strengthens the nervous system by moving energy "Chi" or "Ka" through the body with awareness and mastery.

RESTORATIVE FREQUENCIES
A 90-minute soothing sound bath that aligns and clears the energy points within the body to restore its natural flow.
This meditative experience uses harmonious frequencies to facilitate deep relaxation and healing through crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and the grounding sound waves of the Schumann resonance—the Earth’s bio-frequency of 7.83 hertz. The vibrations from these instruments cast waves within the body, balancing the nervous system and creating space for emotional and physical releases.
The experience does not require active participation—surrender to the sound and allow the subconscious to restore balance and vitality. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided. A sleep mask and comfortable clothing are encouraged to enhance the experience.
